About Friends of BCPD

The Friends of Boulder City Police Department is a group of community-minded individuals that are committed to assisting those men and women working at the police department. We facilitate this goal by fund-raising and volunteering at local police-sponsored events.

We utilize all funds raised assisting members of the police department. Some examples of funding expenditures are raising awareness of the Police Department through our ongoing Advertising Campaign, “Care to Give”, scholarships to staff members, purchasing car seats for the City of Boulder City Tiny Tots program and catering in meals during department-wide in-service training.
